Description
The Renault Sport RS01 is a race car that was introduced in 2014. It was the first car built under the new Renault Sport Trophy championship and was designed to be a “turnkey” race car, meaning that it was ready to race right out of the box. The RS01 features a carbon fiber chassis and bodywork, a mid-mounted V6 engine producing over 500 horsepower, and a six-speed sequential gearbox. It has competed in various international racing series, including the European Le Mans Series and the International GT Open.
