Description
The 1998 Subaru Impreza 22B STi is a limited edition high-performance version of the Subaru Impreza WRX produced by Subaru’s motorsports division, Subaru Tecnica International (STi). The car features a 2.2-liter turbocharged engine that produces 280 horsepower, all-wheel drive, and a 5-speed manual transmission. The 22B also has a wider body than the standard Impreza, with aggressive styling that includes wider fenders, a large rear wing, and unique wheels. Only 424 units of the 22B were produced, with 400 units for the Japanese market and 24 units for export to other markets. The 22B is considered one of the most iconic and desirable Subarus ever produced.
