The Dodge Challenger SRT Demon was a limited-production high-performance variant of the Dodge Challenger. It was first introduced in 2017 as a 2018 model year and was designed specifically for drag racing. It is powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 engine that produces 808 horsepower on 91-octane gasoline and 840 horsepower on 100-octane racing fuel. The engine is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and the car can go from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just 2.3 seconds, making it the fastest production car in the world at the time of its release. It was produced for just one model year with a total of 3,300 units built.
