Description

The BMW M3 e46 is the fourth generation of the M3 sports car line, produced by BMW from 2000 to 2006. It replaced the previous M3, the e36, and was succeeded by the e92 M3 in 2007.

The M3 e46 was available in both coupe and convertible body styles, and it was powered by a 3.2-liter inline-six engine that produced 333 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. It had a six-speed manual transmission as standard and an optional six-speed SMG automated manual transmission.

The M3 e46 featured numerous performance upgrades over the standard BMW 3 Series, including larger brakes, a sport-tuned suspension, and a limited-slip differential. It also had a distinctive, aggressive body kit that set it apart from the regular 3 Series.

The M3 e46 received critical acclaim for its driving dynamics and performance, and it remains a popular choice among enthusiasts today. It has been featured in numerous films and video games, including the popular racing game series Need for Speed.
