Description
The Porsche 934/5 is a racing car developed by Porsche in 1976 for the Group 4 racing category. It is based on the Porsche 930 Turbo, with a modified body and upgraded engine producing around 560 horsepower. The car was designed to compete in long-distance endurance races, including the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the 24 Hours of Daytona. The 934/5 was successful in these races, winning the 1977 Daytona 24 Hours and finishing second at Le Mans the same year. The car continued to be competitive in various racing series until the early 1980s.
