Description
The Porsche 934 Turbo RSR was a racing version of the Porsche 911 Turbo produced between 1976 and 1977. It was designed to compete in the Group 4 racing category, and featured a turbocharged 3.0-liter flat-six engine producing up to 485 horsepower. The 934 also featured aerodynamic upgrades, a lightweight body, and a reinforced chassis. It achieved numerous victories in endurance racing, including class wins at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the 24 Hours of Daytona, and the 12 Hours of Sebring. The 934 was a predecessor to the even more successful Porsche 935.
