Description
The Porsche 964 is a sports car produced by Porsche between 1989 and 1994. It was the successor to the Porsche 911 Carrera 3.2 and was the company’s first model to feature coil spring suspension. The 964 had a number of significant changes from its predecessor, including a redesigned chassis and body, upgraded brakes, and a new engine management system. It was also the first 911 to be offered with an all-wheel-drive system, known as Carrera 4. The 964 was available in a variety of body styles, including coupe, cabriolet, and Targa. The most notable variant was the high-performance 964 Turbo, which had a 3.3-liter engine and produced up to 360 horsepower.
