The 1975 Opel Kadett GT/E was a performance-oriented version of the Kadett B series, which was introduced in 1965 as a replacement for the Opel Rekord. The Kadett GT/E was powered by a 1.9-liter inline-four engine that produced 105 horsepower, which was a significant improvement over the standard Kadett’s 1.2-liter engine.
